Wooden Pallets

We are wooden pallet specialist, and take great care in supplying the right pallet for each application. With advanced machinery and manufacturing techniques we are able to produce high quality products which will match your requirements and won’t let you down.

Bespoke Wooden Crates

We manufacture a wide range of trusted bespoke wooden crates where the protection of the products are important and you need the reassurance that each item will be delivered securely and in the best condition.

Plywood Riveted Cases

To produce our Plywood Riveted Cases, we have a dedicated riveting facility where we construct cases with care and precision. If you need more flexibility and a stackable solution for your products this is the sustainable solution for you.

Packaging, Protection & Consumables

We hold stock of a wide range of typical packaging, protection and consumable items which complement our wooden range and help to complete the ‘end of production line’ process when you are preparing your final product assembly.

Manufacturing Facilities

The secure 300,000 sq. ft site creates virtually dust free manufacturing facilities for assembly and covered storage and a further large separate packaging warehouse.

Own Distribution

We operate our own distribution team with a fleet of HGV’s and smaller vehicles delivering daily across the Westcountry. This enable us to be both consistent and agile in our approach to delivery logistics and turning things around quickly when or customers need it.

Advanced techniques

Products are made using automated saws, precision CNC machines, hand held pneumatic nail guns and assisted lifting equipment. These all help with efficiency and make work simpler for our teams.

ISPM15 Accreditation

ISPM 15 rules require crates shipped outside of the UK to be made of wood that has been heat treated or fumigated to destroy insects and fungus. Once the wood pieces have been treated, they are stamped with ISPM 15, the company logo and the date the treatment was carried out.

At Advanced Pallet Systems Ltd we have two 300 pallet capacity kilns that can run 24/7. We are audited twice a year to ensure that we continue to meet and exceed the requirements for the United Kingdom Wood Packaging Material Marking Program.

Advanced Nailing

We have a range of automated nailing machines and equipment which provide quick and efficient solutions to making pallets. These ensure accuracy and precision when producing multiple items at more economical rates which our customers can benefit from.

Advanced Pallets Systems was founded by the Bowes family in 2000 and are still leading the business today. From the beginning, they assembled a team of professionals with strong backgrounds in the packaging and timber manufacturing sectors.
