Full range available or Bespoke

We have a full range of pallet sizes available or we can work with you to suit your exact bespoke specifications. With our own onsite Drying Kilns for heat treatment, we are ISPM15 Certified which enables us to also offer an extensive range of export pallets. We hold material stock and operate short lead times so we can respond quickly when our customers need it.

Standard or bespoke sizes?

UK (Standard) 1200mm x 1000mm

Euro (EUR/EPAL) 1200mm x 800mm

We manufacture and hold stock of both new UK Standard and Euro pallets, they are compatible for most storage and distribution purposes.

Bespoke

We also specialise in bespoke pallet manufacturing and work with 100’s of customers to match their exact specifications to produce, in many cases Total Packaging Solutions.

Types

Pallets can be manufactured to allow forklift access either 2-way (front & Back) or 4 -way (front, back and both sides).  Whatever the requirements we can manufacture solutions for most configurations.

Export Pallets

If your pallets are being used for shipping outside the UK, we are ISPM15 accredited and your pallets will need to be heat treated, we have a dedicated section on this.  ISPM15 Accreditation – APS Packaging

Our dedicated in house HGV delivery team operate across Devon, Cornwall, Somerset, Dorset including, Plymouth, Exeter, Yeovil, Bridgewater, Taunton, Truro, Bodmin, Falmouth each day.
