Crates, plywood cases, pallets and export packing, designed and built at our factory in Bideford, Devon, and delivered to customers anywhere in the UK.

APS Packaging Ltd is a wooden crate manufacturer on Chubb Road, Bideford, making crates and cases to order since 2000. Most of what we build goes to manufacturers in the South West on our own lorries, but crates and cases travel well: we send them to customers across England, Wales and Scotland by dedicated carriers, fully built or flat packed. Every crate is built from kiln-dried, heat-treated timber and stamped FC0542 under our own ISPM 15 registration, so it is ready for export wherever it is collected from.
Crates for sea, air and road freight, designed around the goods and stamped FC0542.
Heavy bases and bolt-down fixing for machine tools, pumps and plant.
One-off and repeat crates built to your drawing or our design.
Plywood-clad crates for impact and weather resistance.
Reusable riveted cases for smaller, valuable loads.
Isolated pallets for server racks, enclosures and sensitive equipment.
Crates on shock pallets for racks and cabinets going by road, sea or air.
Bring the goods to Bideford and we pack them ready to ship.
