Export packing means preparing goods for international transit: a crate, case or pallet built to protect the product, compliant ISPM15 heat-treated timber so the shipment clears customs, and internal packaging to guard against impact, vibration and moisture on the journey.
Almost all countries outside the UK require solid-wood packaging to be ISPM15 heat treated and stamped — including the EU since Brexit. Non-compliant packaging can be rejected, treated or destroyed at the border, at the shipper’s cost.
