Corrugated cardboard boxes are defined by their wall construction. Single wall boxes — three layers comprising two flat liners and a central corrugated flute — are the standard choice for general-purpose packing and goods up to approximately 15–20kg. Double wall boxes add a second corrugated layer, significantly increasing stack strength and compression resistance — the right choice for heavier items, export packaging, or products subject to rough handling. Triple wall boxes offer maximum crush resistance for demanding industrial or heavy-duty export applications.
