One site, 300,000 sq ft

Timber in, finished pallets and crates out, on one secure site at Bideford. Covered storage keeps stock dry and ready to load.

Two 300-pallet kilns, 24/7

ISPM 15 heat treatment and kiln drying in-house, so export work does not wait on a third party. Registered FC0542.

Our own HGV fleet

Daily runs across Devon, Cornwall, Somerset and Dorset with our own drivers. The person who delivers your pallets works for us.

ISO 9001 quality, ISO 14001 environment and ISO 45001 safety, held as one management system and audited.

FSC certified

Licence FSC-C226009, so timber can be traced to certified sources when your customers ask.

CNC and optimising saws

Parts cut by machine from a drawing, so the hundredth pallet matches the first and the price holds.

What it is like to deal with us

  • A quote comes from someone who can read a drawing and will suggest a cheaper build if there is one
  • Stock held for regular customers, called off as you need it, so a line never stops for pallets
  • One supplier for pallets, crates, cases, protective packaging and heat treatment
  • Design in-house: send a size, a weight and a photo and we come back with a drawing
  • Trade customers only, so the yard, the fleet and the phones are set up for business volumes
  • Established in 2000 and still family-led, so decisions are made here and quickly
