Enclosure Packaging for Electrical and Data Centre Equipment

Shock pallets, rack crates and packaging assemblies for enclosures, cabinets and server racks, built in volume in Bideford, Devon.

Last reviewed 31 October 2026

Electrical enclosures, control cabinets and server racks are tall, heavy and easily damaged by a jolt. Our enclosure packaging covers the whole job: shock pallets that soak up handling shocks, crates built around populated racks, and the caps, buffers, corner packs and inserts that protect each cabinet on the line. We build it in volume, to a set schedule, for manufacturers with regular production runs.

Enclosure packaging questions

How do you protect an enclosure in transit?

With a shock pallet sized to its weight, plus caps, buffers and corner packs on the cabinet itself. For export or long journeys we add a crate.

Can you pack populated server racks?

Yes. We bolt the rack through its transport points to a shock pallet, alone or inside a crate.

Can you supply packaging in production volumes?

Yes. We build enclosure packaging in volume and deliver it to a set schedule, with each spec held as its own product code.

Do you assemble the packaging parts?

Yes. Caps, buffers and inserts are assembled here and arrive ready to fit, so your line only has to put them on.

Is the timber treated for export?

Yes. Solid timber is heat treated and stamped FC0542 to ISPM 15.
