Bristol is a straight run up the M5 from our Bideford factory. We deliver across the city and out to the industrial areas — Avonmouth, Severnside, Filton, St Philips, Brislington and Cribbs Causeway.
Deliveries arrive on our own HGVs. For Bristol in particular that means we can take the loads a pallet network will not: long, heavy one-off cases, delivered in one piece to a booked slot.
The Filton aerospace cluster ships high-value assemblies that are rarely a standard size. Bespoke cases built to drawing, with internal bracing and lifting provision designed in.
Avonmouth and Royal Portbury handle a very large share of UK trade. Anything crossing a border in solid timber packaging must be ISPM 15 heat-treated and marked — we do this in our own kilns under registration FC0542.
Severnside and Avonmouth are among the country’s biggest distribution hubs. High-volume new pallets to a consistent specification, plus collection and recycling of used pallets.

Yes. Send the dimensions, the weight and how it is lifted. Heavy plant, long lengths and awkward shapes are routine for us — it is the sort of work pallet networks turn away.
Yes, we collect surplus and used pallets and recycle what cannot be reused. Ask about combining collection with your new pallet supply.
