Exeter is a straight run for us — down the A377 or out on the A361 North Devon Link Road to the M5. Our own HGVs deliver into the city and the trading estates around it: Marsh Barton, Sowton, Exeter Business Park, Matford and Pinhoe.
Because we run our own fleet rather than booking a pallet network, your delivery leaves our Bideford factory and arrives with you — nothing gets tipped onto a hub floor and re-handled overnight. That matters most for bespoke crates and long or awkward loads, which is exactly the sort of thing a network won’t take.

It depends on the specification and the quantity. Stock sizes move fastest; bespoke crates need drawing and building. Call 01237 423772 with your sizes and we will give you a real lead time rather than a guess.
Yes. Send us a drawing, a sketch or just the dimensions and weight of what you are shipping, and we will design and build to suit. We do the design in-house at Bideford.
Yes. We heat-treat on site in our own kilns and mark to ISPM 15 under registration FC0542, so timber packaging leaving Exeter clears customs anywhere that requires it.
We also collect and recycle used & surplus pallets across Exeter on our own fleet — find out about collection & recycling, and ask about an ongoing contract for your new pallet supply.
