We reach Torbay from Bideford on the A361 North Devon Link Road to the M5, then the A38 and A380 South Devon Highway straight into Newton Abbot, Torquay and Paignton. Deliveries go across the bay and out to the trading estates: Heathfield and Brunel at Newton Abbot, Milber, Yalberton and Torbay Business Park at Paignton, and Northfields at Brixham.
Everything leaves our own factory on our own lorries, so a full load of pallets or a single oversized crate arrives on the day we say it will. Nothing is tipped onto a pallet-network hub floor and re-handled overnight, which is what tends to go wrong with awkward loads heading down to the coast.
Brixham is one of the busiest fishing ports in England, and the bay is ringed with boatyards, marinas and marine engineering. Marine parts are heavy, awkward and often corrosion-sensitive. We build timber crates with internal bracing, skid bases for craning, and cases that cope with a damp quayside.
Fish landed at Brixham and food produced across South Devon moves fast and moves cold. Clean new pallets to a fixed specification, in volume, delivered to a schedule, and heat treated where the load is heading for export.
Paignton and Torquay have a long-standing electronics and photonics manufacturing base. Sensitive, high-value assemblies need shock protection rather than brute strength. Shock pallets and foam-lined hybrid cases take the vibration out of the journey.
The Heathfield estate on the A38 and the estates around Newton Abbot carry general manufacturing, timber processing and the ball-clay industry around Kingsteignton. High-volume, hard-wearing pallets, consistent sizing, and collection of the empties on our return runs.

Yes. Heavy, irregular and corrosion-sensitive is normal work for us. Send the dimensions, the weight and how it needs to be lifted, and we will design a case around it, including skid bases and lifting provision, with ISPM 15 heat treatment if it is leaving the country.
